The staff, the location and the maintenance staff are incredible. Great hiking from the location and fun things for kids to do. We stay in our camper so I can’t speak much about the cabins. Overall we really enjoy the location. The biggest issue is that they have an outdoor pool but it’s not open in the winter (like other places at Mt Hood). This is very disappointing especially seeing we stay and store all winter. They need to reconsider this as it’s a big negative for winter visitors. The heated pool in the winter is a huge perk. There are definitely some upgrades that need to be made and I believe some are getting done currently. Having a heated pool for the winter visitors would be so amazing!!!!!!

Our tiny house had 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole cabin for 5 of us. Really annoying.||And it would’ve been lovely if you cleaned the couch-it had SO many stains on it. Also you should add coat hooks near the door there no where to …

Our family stayed in the tiny homes and had a blast! The kids liked visiting their cousins tiny homes and playing at the park. It was a quick drive to the mountain and the cabins gave us a cozy place to hang in between mountain adventures.

It's clear that thousands trails is working on the facility and improving it. The staff is amazing, every one that we interacted with was very kind and helped us out. The two ladies that drive around in the golf kart handing out candy were a delight. One thing I would really like to see addressed is the concrete foundation that is under the tire swing on the playground. It needs to be removed not just covered up. Other than that the facility was pretty good. Could use more gravel and/or paving in the camping areas it was getting dusty at times. Overall it was a lot of fun and we will be back next season.

The place was very empty and we were never given a check out time. The lady upfront was very rude about us leaving 3.5 hrs late. Charged us the equivalent to two nights stay extra. The amenities are very old and uncared for. The rec rooms …

The site was small but more than enough for the short stay we had. Very clean and easy to get into as it was a pull through site. Staff were on top of getting us checked in even though we were later arriving than expected. They gave us the codes and site number ahead of time making driving in easy even though it was dark.

We had such an amazing time at Mt. Hood Village! The staff were very helpful and responsive, even during the holiday weekend. The cottage we stayed in was so comfortable. Fun hiking and campfires! Overall, amazing trip! Especially thanks to Mt. Hood Village and the staff!
